September is a very important month for all of us. Let me give you a heads up that this video is going to be longer than my usual monthly transit videos because a lot, really a lot is happening in the sky this month. Let us first see what is going on in the sky in September 2020.
In September 2020, we have 7 planets placed powerfully in their own signs, if not all at the same time, during the stretch of the month we get to see this. Jupiter in Sagittarius, Saturn in Capricorn, Rahu in Taurus, Ketu in Scorpio, Mars in Aries, Sun in Leo and Mercury in Virgo. To top it Saturn, Jupiter and Mars will also be stationary before changing the motion. Ketu will cross Gandanta before landing and settling down in Scorpio. This is a rare month indeed as far as planetary energies are concerned. September is the month when the transformation that we have been waiting for so long will start to manifest. It is a month of new beginning, decluttering and being ready for a streamlined and more organised ways of life in future.

Activation of natural Dharma Trikon which started in the middle of last month remains there till 15 September.
Jupiter is getting direct in motion on 13 September while being in the sign of Sagittarius. He is also getting out of Ketu’s association on 23 September. So this is a Jupiter who is sitting in his Mooltrikon sign in his full glory, no malefic aspects on him and is ready to give all the positive results that he promises. This is the first time ever since Jupiter transited to Sagittarius that he is in his elements and in full power. This energy will bring overall positivity, prosperity and optimism.
Rahu and Ketu are changing signs on 23 September as per mean node calculations. This is happening after 18 months. Both are moving to their exalted signs; Rahu in Taurus, Ketu in Scorpio. Saturn is going direct in the fag end of the month, on 29 September. This will bring momentum to everything that got stalled so far. Also be ready for hard work and disciplined life.
Mercury is out of combustion and in the exalted sign of Virgo shows money, trade, business will be doing much better this month. There will be analytical and intelligent approach towards problem solving. At individual level, there may be a tendency to find fault in others. Sun’s transit to Virgo after mid-September promises healing and winning over enemies, diseases etc.
The planet whose state is not looking so great in September is Venus. Venus’s transit in Cancer on 1 September has aspects of both Mars and Saturn. This is a very disturbed, uncomfortable, emotional yet detached Venus. Relationship, overall feeling of comfort and contentment will take a beating this month. Business minded approach towards relationships will be there. When Venus moves to Leo on 28 September, it will receive Jupiter’s aspect and that will be a much better Venusian energy.
Passion may rise, but with retrogression movement of Mars starting on 10 September, the passion may be misused or misdirected. Impulsiveness in people will rise. People will act first and then think with regret. There may be outbursts of emotions, conflicts and protests. Rationality and logic will take a backseat. Try to channelize this energy in some positive Mars activity like exercising, stamina building, yoga and competitive sports. Try to meditate and spend some time alone in a day to contemplate.
Another difficult energy this month is Ketu’s transit through Gandanta. This starts after the first week of September and remain active for the whole month. Ketu will move from fire sign Sagittarius to water sign Scorpio. When Ketu finally leaves Moola nakshatra, it will uproot the last bit of everything that is holding you back. This energy will clear the clutter from your life. Any engagement, work, relationship, asset that you do not require in your life anymore, will move away this month and this will not happen slowly, Ketu cuts off suddenly. So before you even realise, it may be gone. Therefore, it is better not to aggravate any situation, and to remain passive, calm and let the natural energy do its job.
