Saturn entered Capricorn on 24 January and of course was in a direct motion then too. This time after the retrogression, Saturn is going direct again in Capricorn on 29 September 2020. How is this transit different from the transit in January?
Well, if we remember the planetary placements on 25 January, we will see this was a highly volatile and afflicted placement of all planets, Kaal Sarpa formation, even the nakshatras exuded intense energies and karmic retributions. Therefore, the whole situation was quite chaotic and the outcome was not the true reflection of Saturn in Capricorn.

While being in Capricorn, Saturn transits through the following three nakshatras:
Uttarashada (Ruler Sun) – 24 January 2020 to 22 January 2021
Shravana (Ruler Moon) – 22 January 2021 to 17 February 2022
Dhanishtha (Ruler Mars) – 17 February 2021 to 29 April 2022
After 29 April it moves to Aquarius.
When it passes through these nakshatras, whichever house the Nakshatra lord occupies in your own chart, also gets activated. If you have any planet placed in these nakshatras, those planets will also get activated.
Let me give an example, let’s say you have Aries ascendant, and you have Mars placed in Uttarashada in Capricorn. In your chart Sun is the lord of the 5th house and placed in the 9th house.
